Meeting coaching
I help leaders design and run their day-to-day meetings so they become spaces to think, decide and move things forward — not just another meeting.

Workshops
I design and facilitate sessions for teams who need to align, make decisions or work through specific challenges. Often around strategy, team dynamics or simply how you work together.

Sometimes I design the session with the leader.
Sometimes I facilitate it with the team.

Sometimes it’s just one meeting.

Do our home tell something about who we are? 

 

I live near work, in a small flat, comfortable, warm and easy. It was abandoned for 20 years and I built it from zero with Marc Folch, an architect who helped me to do it consciuously. And it became a "passive house" project.

There are only 15.71 global hectares available per person on a renewable basis. This means we are overshooting the Earth's biological capacity by nearly 50%. We can't sustain present levels of consumption...

I LIKE

  • Walking on the beach in winter

  • The last ten minutes of a yoga class

  • Moving furniture around, playing with them, and seeing how everything changes!

  • The feeling that arises inside me when I hold a baby

  • Observing how young children interact

  • The clear water of Binigaus

  • Chaotic gardens that look like forests

  • The complicity of a look

  • How I feel when a good idea comes to my mind 

  • When I have to decorate a space that's broken and old, and I can restore it and bring it back to life

  • When I have a click because I understand why something is happening to me

  • Being an aunt; I think the aunt/niece/nephew relationship is very special

  • When I can't stop laughing

  • My daughter Candela's spontaneous laughter that comes from her soul and is completely contagious

  • That feeling that my friends know me better than I know myself

  • When I make a mistake and the person in front of me, even noticing, looks at me with affection

  • Kind elderly people

  • How Fassbender acts, everything he conveys with a single look

  • The feeling of being accompanied when I'm near a fireplace

  • The restaurant "Olivia Te Cuida" in Madrid

  • The sense of camaraderie when working in a group

  • Discovering new places, cities, customs

  • The movie "The Lives of Others," how at the end you can see some goodness within the villain

  • The irony of Carles Capdevila

  • My mother's broth and everything she cooks. And how quickly and intuitively she does it

  • The song "Come Away With Me" by Norah Jones

  • The feeling of going to bed and not having to set an alarm for the next day

  • People with personality who don't care about what others think

  • Sensitive people who don’t stay indifferent to someone else's pain

  • Intelligent sense of humor

  • Feeling vulnerable

  • Summer storms with thunder and lightning

  • Sharing a table with people I don't know

  • The touch and smell of freshly ironed sheets

  • What I feel when I'm excited about something I have to do

  • Beauty, and how it connects me with my essence

  • Being able to see people's essence beyond their appearances

  • The innate elegance of some older women

  • The warmth of bookstores

  • The feeling of learning

  • When I cry because something has moved me

From where do we come, can tell a lot about us…

 

My father was born in Minorque, he came to study to Barcelona at 10y old and that made him attached to the island all his life. My mother is from Gracia, and she was 4y old when she lost her 8y old sister.
